Childcare Nursery Management odoo app helps users to manage childcare and playgroup management systems with odoo. This app helps parents to submit an admission inquiry form from a website portal and can see the inquiry confirmation process such as inquiry details , enroll inquiry process. When the child enrolment process is done, parents are created from inquiry. You can also assign a classroom of school to childs, create an invoice for school fees, add nutrition, allergy and medicine for childs. Users can also manage supply chain management for the nursery material requirements. Nursery staff can create supply requests, approve requests and create purchase orders for supply requests. Users can also manage their sign in or sign out attendance system which helps to check attendance of staff and children and print attendance reports.

Using system generated username and password user can login and view own child, attendance, school activity, and generate different reports.
Child's Check In & Check out from Portal
Child can check in and check out from portal using username and password generated by system.
User Access Rights
Different user can perform different operation as per role like, staff, child, parent, approve manager, and director.
Emergency Alert and Share Media
Send emergency alert with emergency contact details for child to parents and share media with parents.

Doctors
Under Childcare Management > Configuration > Doctors menu user can create doctors for child care management.
Nutrition Configuration
Under Childcare Management > Configuration > Nutrition Configuration menu user can create different type of nutritious and add different foods with quantity.
Notes for Child
Under Childcare Management > Configuration > Notes for Child menu user can create notes for child.
Staff Degree
Under Childcare Management > Configuration > Staff Degrees menu user can create different degree for staff.
Staff Certificate
Under Childcare Management > Configuration > Staff Certificate menu user can create different certificated for staff.
Submit Admission Inquiries
Portal user can submit admission inquiry under "Inquiry" menu on website.

When user submit inquiry then user will get email.
Admission Inquiries
Under Childcare Management > Admission > Inquiries menu user can see all inquires. User need to click "CONFIRM INQUIRY" button.
Enrollments
Under Childcare Management > Admission > Enrollment menu user can see confirmed inquiry, Add school and class to child and confirm payment for that.
Enrollments Email
User will get email notification on enrollment of child.

Created Child & Parent
On confirm inquiry user can see created child and parent will details.
Childs
Under Childcare Management > My Childcare > Childs menu user can see created childs, add school details for childs.
Emergency Alert
On clicking "Emergency" button user user can send emergency alert to childerns parent.
Share Media
User can share media to childerns parent by clicking "SHARE MEDIA" button.
User can see sent email with attachment to parent
Parent Messaging
User also can chat with child's parent by clicking "PARENT MESSAGING" menu.

Under Childcare Management > My Childcare > Parent menu user can see created parent of childs.
Staff
Under Childcare Management > My Childcare > Staff menu user can see and manage staff for child care management.
Lesson Planning
on clicking "Today's Activity" button on staff form view user can see lesson planning for school.
User can also update lesson planing by clicking "UPDATE LESSON PLANNING" button.
Enrollment Fees
Under Childcare Management > Admission > INvoices menu user can create invoice for child fee.
Schools
Under Childcare Management > Schools > School menu user can see and manage multiple schools.
ClassRooms
Under Childcare Management > Schools > ClassRooms menu user can see and manage multiple class rooms for school.
ClassRoom Activity
User can see all class activity in calendar view.
Supply Chain Management
User can manage supply for school under Childcare Management > Supply Chain > Supply Chain menu user can create request for required products.
Request To Approve
Under Childcare Management > Supply Chain > Request To Approve menu user can approve supply chain request.
Purchase Orders
On approve supply request, user can see purchase order created and delivery order also created for that.
Staff Attendance
Under Childcare Management > Attendance > Staff Attendance menu user can see staff attendance.
Child Attendance
Under Childcare Management > Attendance > Child Attendance menu user can see child attendance.
Print Attendance
User can print attendance report for staff or child between selected dates and staff or childs by clicking "Print Attendance" menu.
User can see generated attendance report.
