The database has been taken down by Odoo

This database is currently blocked
It may have been taken down for technical reasons, such as being moved to a different hosting location. In that case you should retry in 15 minutes.

If the downtime persists it means the database was taken down for legal or administrative reasons.

Not sure what to do? Contact us! This is the message coming when I log in the database, after creating it the very next day my database goes off how should I access it back please some one help as it's in urgent bas

Even, I am facing the same problem now. My database is currently blocked and I am not able to continue my learning. kindly let me know I can get some help. I need to complete the course by this week.

I am also facing the same issue and have raised an issue with the odoo team, btw When you encountered the issue and reported it to them, what response did they provide and were they of any help?

Same problem here  - my production Database on odoo.sh [1]  is offline - this is really frustrating.
My message from them is - its most likely a problem with my subscription. (which is paid until January 2025)  - but i got a call last week from an odoo employee that they see that my database is not connected - Which its was! So maybe they adjusted it and messed up everything.
