Hi All, We are trying to get a remote .zip backup of our database using the Web UI. Local backups are running with a size of 105MB. The Web UI backup is running for a while and the it fails with the following error: SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data http://yyy.com/web/static/src/js/core.js:450 This looks it started the last month. We used F12 to open Firefox debugger.

We got this:

It seems when you click backup button the method being called is not able to receive any data. Try seeing browser logs once if that gives more insight.
