Hi All,

We are trying to get a remote .zip backup of our database using the Web UI.
Local backups are running with a size of 105MB.

The Web UI backup is running for a while and the it fails with the following error:


SyntaxError: JSON.parse: unexpected character at line 1 column 1 of the JSON data
        
http://yyy.com/web/static/src/js/core.js:450
This looks it started the last month.

Any hint?

We used F12 to open Firefox debugger.

It seems when you click backup button the method being called is not able to receive any data. Try seeing browser logs once if that gives more insight.
