Its objective is to provide its clients with a range of credit and savings services adapted to their needs. The challenges: Optimize customer relationship management by capturing, processing and analyzing information about customers and prospects. This is done in order to improve acquisitions and build customer loyalty by offering them quality services. The objective is to make the work of sales teams more efficient by determining a framework for steering and monitoring interactions with customers.
The solution :A centralized CRM that allows us to easily track defaulted borrowers, follow the prospecting of potential customers, track inactive customers, do marketing campaigns via email and SMS.

SMOU Lifts Trading LLC
Smou Lifts provides elevator and lifting solutions to clients across the region. Their field service operations were managed manually, which caused delays in job assignments and made it difficult to track installations. Customer satisfaction suffered due to slow responses and unexpected downtime. The business struggled with reactive maintenance that left equipment vulnerable to sudden breakdowns. Technicians also lacked optimized routes, wasting time and resources. We deployed Odoo ERP’s service management module integrated with IoT technology. Real-time job tracking gave visibility to managers, while predictive maintenance reduced risks of failures. Technician routing was optimized, and customers gained a portal for transparency.
