Inventory management processes were also aligned to maintain correct stock levels and improve order fulfillment efficiency.
In addition, reporting and validation processes were implemented to ensure accurate tracking of trade activities, including reconciliation of purchase and sales data with supporting documents. This helped improve transparency, reduce discrepancies, and ensure reliable financial reporting for business decision-making.
