I see what you are saying, but to be clearer, does that mean if there is no separate delivery address setup for any of the contacts, then in this case delivery slip would never show the customer contact details, but would only show if there is a delivery address and ONLY if its different to the main customer address?

Perhaps it we be easier for you to duplicate your database and test for yourself what happens in each case.

If there is no separate delivery address setup then we show the customer name and address on the right.

If there is a separate delivery address setup then we show the delivery name and address on the right and the customer name and address on the left.

We don't compare addresses. If you don't see anything on the left, it is because there is no separate Delivery address.
