Impacted versions: 11.0 , 12.0, 13.0, 14.0

Current behavior:

When a customer session runs into multiple tabs in a single browser, after logout from a single tab and again login in with the same user. customer session logout from all other tab and always need to log in.

Step to reproduce:

  • Login to ERP and open different tabs ( 1st tab: sales, 2nd tab: HR, 3rd tab: CRM)

  • Logout from the 2nd tab and again login with the same user.

  • Wait for a “/longpolling/poll” request.

  • After that try to access the same tab or 1st tab. 

  • Raise below mention error & page redirect on /web/login.

 

Expected behavior:

The session will stay remain after again login for another tab, and it should be not expired.

It's not possible that in the same tab user can log in with different-different login users.

Thank You for the response, Actually, users try to re-logged in with the same user then also it's gives an error. there is nothing case to logged in on the different tab with different users.
