I've been attempting to install the community version of Odoo, v12, on Ubuntu v18.10 following the Odoo installation documentation, Deb Package.

Install go fine, but when I try to start Odoo, I get the following error:

I followed the same steps on a Raspberry Pi that I have setting around with the latest version of Raspbian. That install went just fine and I'm able to start Odoo and access it with out issue.
Is there a reason why Odoo won't install on Ubuntu?
