I have completed getting started course but download certificate option not found any guidance how to download certificate for Getting Started.

Hi,
The Getting Started course on Odoo eLearning does not provide a downloadable certificate; it's an introductory course and certificates are only available for courses that explicitly offer them (you'll see a "Certificate" option on the course page if it's supported).
If you completed a course that does support certificates, go to the course page and click "Get my Certificate"; this button appears once you reach 100% completion. If you don't see it, the course simply doesn't offer one.
