Hi,

The Getting Started course on Odoo eLearning does not provide a downloadable certificate; it's an introductory course and certificates are only available for courses that explicitly offer them (you'll see a "Certificate" option on the course page if it's supported).

If you completed a course that does support certificates, go to the course page and click "Get my Certificate"; this button appears once you reach 100% completion. If you don't see it, the course simply doesn't offer one.
