Smou Lifts provides elevator and lifting solutions to clients across the region. Their field service operations were managed manually, which caused delays in job assignments and made it difficult to track installations. Technicians also lacked optimized routes, wasting time and resources. We deployed Odoo ERP’s service management module integrated with IoT technology.
