Hi all,

I don't want to send back an email to a customer sending a request through helpdesk. 

Do you know how I can remove the ticket reception acknowledgment? I don't find it in Automated action.

Thanks for your help!

Edit the first stage (gear icon) and you would be able to remove the email template associated with this stage
