Hi Asmaa,

the cause can be found in the error message. Obviously your printer is not provided with an https certificate, which is why Odoo does not authorize the call to the printer in the validation process of a PoS order.

Odoo provides documentation on how to create a certificate for the printer: https://www.odoo.com/documentation/18.0/applications/sales/point_of_sale/configuration/epos_ssc.html
