Hi,
This problem often happens when the invoice PDF attachment stored by Odoo becomes corrupted or was generated during a failed PDF render.
The browser is not able to load the PDF, so it shows an error message in the top-right corner.
Open the invoice and check the Attachments (paperclip icon) to see if a PDF file already exists.
If the attachment is 0 KB, incomplete, or looks incorrect, delete it.
Regenerate the invoice PDF using Print → Invoice so Odoo creates a fresh, valid attachment.
Customisations or errors in the invoice QWeb template can also cause the attachment to be stored incorrectly.
If the error continues, clear assets and verify report.url and any inherited report templates.
Once the corrupted attachment or template issue is fixed, the invoice PDF will load normally without the error message.

You'll need to check your server log and possibly (but unlikely) your browser console and share your findings. Without further information it is pretty much impossible to tell.
