How can I replay the tutorial for the shop?

I am allowing myself to answer my own question:
As administrator with Technical Features click Settings -> Technical Actions -> Configuration Wizard. Choose the Wizard (Tutorial) to replay.
The easier approach is to click on Help and choose the tutorial from there
