I'm seeing this error when clicking on the "Purchases" button of a product. I have tested this in two different dev environments:
Uncaught Error: QWeb2 - template['ListView']: Runtime Error: TypeError: dict.column.width is not a function

The fix turns out to be pretty simple:

This is reproducible on the latest RUNBOT build. You should log a bug via support@odoo.com with your Enterprise license.
1. Use the live chat to ask your questions.
2. The operator answers within a few minutes.

If you haven't already, you can tell them this DOES NOT happen with the Community edition, just the Enterprise edition.
