I need to set wrong login attempt limit to 5 and relaxation time to 20 seconds.How can i configure this in Odoo 12.

Hi,
You can configure this in the Odoo Technical settings.
Follow the steps below
Activate Developer Mode->Go to Technical Settings->System Parameters->Set the value of base.login_cooldown_after equal to 5 and base.login_cooldown_duration equal to 20.
