How could I restore an instance of openerp in the online - openerp?

For error we have closed the current fiscal year and after this, we've learned that it is an irreversible issue. After that we, only can restore using the previous backup we have.

Any one could help us???

If it is in the online version, just contact the support for online. They will help you out.
