Is there a way a portal user can request a product return?

Create a Helpdesk Team called "RMA" or "Returns".

You can modify the Ticket submission form to suit the information you are wanting to collect.

Product Return requests can receive an automated email telling the Customer their request has been received, and can be approved/denied by users processing the Ticket.

Helpdesk is an Enterprise Edition App.
