When i send emails from Partner form, a purple button (View Partner) is appeared on top of Email Body section in email. This button is not part of any EMail-Template. i want to remove the button. I am using Odoo 14 community version.

Believe this is the base notification template, that provides the link to the associated document. E.g if the notification is from CRM, the button would be View Opportunity and it is not limited to only Partner/ contact form.
Also, the button is visible to only those who have access to the document.
Settings > Technical > Views
