Recurring Task option is missing

Question

Good day, I'm trying to get the recurring task option setup - I have tried this in the community edition and the online version and on both when we go to Projects -> Settings there is no recurring task check box.
What are we missing?

Recurring Tasks are now set per Project, there is no longer a global option.
