i have followed SMTP cpanel configuration, but can't solved yet

You can configure your outgoing mail server as follows for,
Settings>>Technical>>Email>>Outgoing Mail Servers
SMTP Server : smtp.gmail.com
Connection Security : SSL/TLS
if you select SSL/TLS in Connection Security the SMTP Port is been automatically set.
Now, If you set your Email and Password, the mail reached at other side is sent from your Email.
Test Connection.....
Congrats, your outgoing mail server is configured.

which version you are using ? does it show any error ?
Configure Your outgoing mail server like below
SMTP server should be smtp.gmail.com
and, SMTP port should be 465.
Connection security SSL/TLS
and then test the connection.. (Give ur working email and pwd in appropriate column's).
