Odoo 8 : form field creation and add fields on customer, on product ?

Question

Hi,

I would to know on Odoo 8 :

- How it is possible to create new specific form with custom fields in order to produce structured content like through CCK on Drupal ?

- How is it possible to add additionnal fields on existing form like customer form and product form ?
