I am unable to create or edit an email alias. The form is empty. Is this an issue with Odoo 18 or do I need to enable some configuration ? I already use developer mode.

Please report this to Odoo Support.

This was a regression introduced recently, refer them to https://github.com/odoo/enterprise/blob/18.0/documents/views/mail_alias_views.xml and https://github.com/odoo/enterprise/commit/a32825ee00f2b330d99113f4d8c1488903fe744e

It is reproducible on Runbot, so you can mark that checkbox when submitting your "An unexpected behavior" ticket type via odoo.com/help
