Hello All

How do we configure Odoo Enterprise for Payroll for employees who usually gets deployed across multiple customer sites in a month. There shall be different pay scale (contracts ??) at various periods in the same month due to local state regulations like deductions for instance.

The gross salary/pay should take this into account by calculating based on the deductions/codes applicable at these different locations based on the number of days an employee is deployed across these locations.

Would appreciate any ideas on how to get this implemented in Odoo 17. Thanks everyone

Hi,

We can implement separate fields in employee contracts for selecting the period, project/site, and corresponding salary rules with their respective amounts. This customization is especially crucial for project-based or contract-based companies.

Eg:

Employee Contract 1

From Date

To Date

Salary Rule

Project/Site

Amount

01-01-2024

10-01-2024

Deductions 1

Site A

500

11-01-2024

31-01-2024

Deduction 2

Site B

300

All these has to take into the consideration for timesheet/attendance while generating the payroll.
