In openerp 7 the log file create's with different time ??
My system time is 12.25 PM, but in logfile and terminal the time is different.
How can i solve this.

In your client, check that the correct timezone is used. If not, it should give you a yellow or red triangle next to your name (top-right corner).
It is not available in the client .
Which means while change the timezone to some other it appears, But by default means its not available
Even it is showing me the different time only.
use asia-kolkata time zone /any other
