I've an account on odoo 7 saas, how can i upgrade to odoo 8 ?

Since you use the odoo SaaS offering your account will be automatically upgraded soon as odoo is currently in the process of upgrading users of their SaaS offering.  You could always put in a helpdesk request for more specific information/targeted dates/priority upgrade request/etc.
