i have configured incoming mail server suppose id is mihir@support.com.
When a person mail to me at mihir@support.com.
I want to generate automatic mail and send to the same person saying that it is automatic mail.
how to i configure this ????

You have to configure 2 things:
E-Mail in menu "Settings/Actions/Server Actions".Server Action
1. Use the live chat to ask your questions.
2. The operator answers within a few minutes.
