i have configured incoming mail server suppose id is mihir@support.com.

When a person mail to me at mihir@support.com.

I want to generate automatic mail and send to the same person saying that it is automatic mail.

how to i configure this ????

You have to configure 2 things:

  1. Create a new Server action of type E-Mail in menu "Settings/Actions/Server Actions".
  2. Specify this server action in the definition of your incoming mail server in the field Server Action
