Steps I Followed:

1.Created a User Account:

I created a new user account with a username, password, and email address.

Linked this user account to the employee record.


2.Permissions:

Verified that the user account has the necessary permissions and access rights.


I would appreciate any guidance or suggestions on how to resolve this issue. Are there additional steps I need to take to ensure that the employee can log in successfully?

Hi 

If you created a user as an Internal User then Employees can log in with their login and password and access the Backend as based on the access rights.
