Use Unit of Sales (UoS) or define a phantom bill of material (type "Set"). The latter is not so convenient, but works for all possible scenarios. See a small tutorial here: https://www.twanda.ch/slides/slide/wine-by-the-glass-selling-in-different-units-of-measure-9
