I have a case in which user needs to add the tax in amount not in %. For this as per Odoo default system not allow to add the tax in the amount but as a workaround solution I am currently managing this by the service product.


I created the service product and in the accounting I set the tax accounts. Now user select this product on the invoice and add the amount against that product. Journal entry and all things work properly but only one problem that whatever the tax amount user added that not reflect in the tax report that coming in the default system.


Is there any solution how can we reflect this amount in the tax report.

Thanks for the reply,


I have gone through with this solution but here one problem is tax amount is not fixed whenever I import goods I receive the VAT import bill and in every bill amount is different, so If I go through with this I can not manage my case also through this when we run default tax report I am not getting this amount that we add.


Please let me know if any configuration Missing.

It is indeed possible to define taxes as a fixed amount in V16. See here https://www.odoo.com/documentation/16.0/applications/finance/accounting/taxes.html#basic-options
