Hello Chan Myae,
I checked the error which you facing. It looks like you are concatenating two strings and stored in another field but in one string you did not get the string.
You can add the conditions as like below.

Here is an example:
final_str = ''
if first_str:
final_str + = first_str
if second_str :
final_str + = second_str
