You would need a hosting provider that allows you to host web apps in order to accomplish what you want.
Hi,
to publish your website to internet you must have a VPS ou Dedicated server and install odoo on it then copy you database.
Odoo is a web app. So please make yourself familiar with making Odoo available to the public using proxy server. This document and many others available by google search do help you (but forget the part about private SSL certificates, use Let's encrypt (or other certificates) instead): https://antiun.github.io/odoo-reverse-proxy-howto/
