i am facing problem with odoo 9 as below.
i just configure Admin user with Zero Access Rights (no rights given from settings>user> ) after that i logged out from my odoo instance and again login with same user id, i got white screen only. nothing written.
Please Help,

Using the database manager UI delete your database and restore it.
Never ever change the settings of the admin user (despite of the password)!

Did you restore a backup containing the unmodified admin settings before you changed them?
