I have a problem when I try to save float type field it always rounding it to integer. i tried so many things but i was failed

give me the code please
This is happened in all fields having float type , is it a bug or wrong configuration. I created a new clean database and it is working fine.But the older database whenever I do restore for it it shows that problem
