I create asset model and select 3 Years, When record asset purchase in 30/10/2021 found system calculate deperciation for one year not 3 months.
Whats the advise to solve this problem.

There could be different period on the Asset itself, check the asset form again, or attach an image for the asset form.
If you are using the as-is there should be no problem, but if you made any customization to this model you need to check if it affected this result.
