- That they improve the way to request a software improvement, my proposal is a UserVoice or feature-upvote type, one centralized place to keep customer feedback. A place where customers can optionally add it themselves.  They can vote on the feedback items, and they can even comment on other people’s feedback,

  this to improve the product backlog  on the project and have open innovation, or if it I help or bug to be on the helpdesk,

 or have a way to divide the forum into help, feature improvement, new feature requests, and bugs.
