Yes, it is possible to export all accounting data, including balances and vendor history, and reimport them into Odoo. However, if you also want to include linked images (such as attached documents), you will need to export everything and then reimport the data while manually re-matching the documents.

This process is not particularly useful in most cases, as Odoo does not natively support a seamless mass reimport with document attachments. But if necessary, it can be done with some extra effort.
