Hi Jason,
Can you reproduce the behaviour on an official Odoo instance at runbot.odoo.com?
If so could you please report this issue on Github at https://github.com/odoo/odoo/issues (or on odoo.com/help if you have an enterprise license)? Please add the steps to reproduce this and then the Odoo team will look into it as soon as possible.
