Disable e-mail notification for e-learning module

Question

Hi,
I am using the e-learning module, but I don't want the people logged in to get e-mail with their rank updates (I've hidden the features on the module so people don't see their rank, as that feature is not usefull for my usecase). How can I disable those notifications?
For reference, the mail they receive (in french):

Hi
You can Disable the New Content Notification in the e-Learning Module.
Go to e-learning Module > Open the Course to Disable Content Notification > Options > Leave  New Content Notification as empty

Hi, this is for the notifications of a course, but the "ranking" notifications are global in the e-learning, so this is not the answer. I'll keep digging myself to find a solution
