How to add custom form to odoo without hardcoding? (There is a way to add custom field. Also this is not about web site building. This is about making a form for add profile details).

Actually, your question is not fully clear, are you asking about creating a new FORM VIEW and that too from FRONT VIEW(without coding through xml file ), or something else.... Please clarify!

@Avini don't modify existing XML files! Inherit them.
I edited in the inherited xml files.
