How can I configure Odoo so that all Sales Orders (SO), CRM activities (such as meetings, follow-ups, and scheduled calls), and Field Service tasks automatically appear in the Calendar module, ensuring that users can view and manage all these activities in one place?

Also, this app - https://apps.odoo.com/apps/modules/18.0/joint_calendar - might be helpful to merge not only activities, but any other types of objects. E.g. to show opportuninites, orders, tasks, and activtities together.

Hi Marc,

I believe you know how to create Activities in the form and also create the Activity Types.

So, you can adjust your Activity Types, let's take example the "To-Do" and set the "Action" from "None" (default value) to "Meeting". This will allow you to open Calendar when you want to create the activity.
