We already know how to use an automated action to create a new activity. Currently we use the "to check" box on invoices to create a scheduled activity for certain employees to approve or reject.

We have a "Reject Invoice" button that when clicked creates a new automated action for our corporate personnel to review. What we are unable to get is that when the "Reject Invoice" button is clicked, we want it to also cancel the currently active activity.
