is it possible to add a certificate to the employees skills. In our company every employee needs to do a safety course every 5 year. I want to add this as a skill inluding the certificate itself.
Even better will be that we can set an automatic rule when the certificate expires?
Is this possible?

Olá, eu resolveria isso com o módulo E-learning (treinamento)! Você pode até mesmo definir um teste com perguntas valendo pontos para avaliar o conhecimento em Segurança de Trabalho de seu funcionário e lá adicionar o Certificado da empresa. Que te parece?

I have the same problem. I want to track all the required OSHA certifications and know when they NEED to be re-certified. Is there a way to keep track of this?
