Be WaPP est une ASBL active en Wallonie, dont la mission est d’améliorer la propreté publique en luttant contre les déchets sauvages et les dépôts clandestins. Créée à l’initiative de Fost Plus, Fevia Wallonie et Comeos, elle agit au quotidien pour sensibiliser les citoyens et coordonner des actions de terrain.The Service Company a accompagné Be WaPP dans sa transformation digitale en déployant avec succès la première phase d’intégration d’Odoo, axée sur la gestion de projet, des achats et des contacts.

BePark
BePark unlocks the value of underused parking spaces by making them available to individuals and businesses. Behind this straightforward user experience are complex commercial, operational and financial processes, along with a significant volume of data exchanged between Odoo and the mobile applications.At Underside, we made Odoo a central component of BePark's management environment. Our teams worked across the Sales, Purchase, Project, Invoicing and Accounting apps, prioritising standard Odoo features whenever they met the business need. Custom modules were then developed to cover BePark's high-value, business-specific processes. These include the automated generation of purchase orders and PDF reports detailing the monthly use of parking spaces for payments to parking owners. Connectors also exchange data with the mobile applications, for which Odoo acts as the administrative interface.
The impact for BePark is tangible: fewer manual operations, more reliable calculations and consistent information across Odoo and the mobile applications. This architecture enables the teams to manage a constantly evolving network without multiplying administrative tools. IT / 通信 / マーケティング
