الهضبة العصرية تعمل في تجارة الملابس والأقمشة بالمملكة العربية السعودية، من خلال شبكة من الفروع إلى جانب متجر إلكتروني. ومع الاعتماد على إدارة العمليات بشكل يدوي دون نظام ERP موحد، كانت الرؤية محدودة على مستوى المخزون والمبيعات والحسابات. كما كانت طلبات المتجر الإلكتروني تُنقل يدويًا إلى ملفات Excel، وهو ما كان يستهلك ما بين ساعتين إلى ثلاث ساعات يوميًا. ومع تصنيع الشركة لعدد من منتجاتها، ازدادت تعقيدات العمليات في ظل غياب نظام يتيح المتابعة والتحكم بكفاءة.قدمت iValue Solutions نظام Odoo ERP متكاملة شملت المشتريات، وإدارة المخزون، والمبيعات، والمحاسبة، ونقاط البيع، والتصنيع، وتم تنفيذ المشروع خلال ثلاثة أشهر فقط مع الحد الأدنى من التخصيصات، دون الحاجة إلى أي تطوير برمجي مخصص.
وكانت النتيجة الاستغناء عن 2 إلى 3 ساعات من العمل اليدوي على ملفات Excel يوميًا، مع ربط المتجر الإلكتروني بالنظام لتنتقل الطلبات تلقائيًا وإتاحة متابعة دورة التسليم بالكامل. كما أصبحت جميع العمليات، بدءًا من المواد الخام والتصنيع، مرورًا بالمخزون، وحتى المبيعات، تعمل ضمن منصة واحدة توفر رؤية لحظية وشاملة للأعمال، مما مكّن فريق العمل من إدارة العمليات بكفاءة وتحويل الهضبة العصرية من إجراءات تشغيلية متفرقة إلى منظومة متكاملة تعتمد على البيانات. 卸売業 / 小売業
