As their customer base grew, managing recurring memberships, one-time bookings, invoicing, and financial reporting manually became inefficient and error-prone—hindering scalability and affecting the client experience. To resolve these challenges, we deployed a tailored Odoo solution. The Subscription module automated recurring billing, plan renewals, and client communications, while the Accounting module streamlined financial reporting, tax compliance, and payment reconciliation.
