Sales transactions from the company’s Webshell platform flow automatically into Odoo. Once
confirmed, these orders launch structured project workflows, built with a custom Asana-style
interface for intuitive collaboration. Financial management — from budgeting to invoicing — is
fully integrated and visible in real time.
With this setup, BigBrands has aligned its teams, reduced manual overhead, and gained full
control over operations — all within a single system. The solution reflects the company’s
dynamic way of working, combining speed and structure without slowing down their creative
process.
